Thanks for reaching out to us! We do not have this exact handle set but I believe our 82-030A Centered Keyed Handle Set could work as a suitable replacement. You'll just need to confirm that the position of the position of your thumb lever is centered.

The mortise lock is sold separately from the handle set since there are quite a few compatible with it. Yours appears to be the 82-218 Mortise Lock.
