These are from a large heavy Milgard vinyl window. I need 4 of them (2 windows). Please see attached photos.

Hi there, and thank you for waiting during this busy season. It looks like you have an extended travel channel balance. This balance is special in that it has a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length of 26-5/8". What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for 4 balances that you can use to place an order on our website.

The keeper on this Milgard window is also broken. I've attached photos. Do you have a replacement keeper?

I'm afraid I don't recognize this part at first glance. Would it be possible for us to see a photo of it installed? And can you show us any other parts that interact with it?

Hello! Emily isn't here today so I will do my best to assist you from here on.

The bad news is that I don't immediately recognize this keeper. This is unlike anything I've ever seen before. Does it interact with a lock? If so, may I see it? At this stage I'm not optimistic at all that we can find this but maybe seeing the lock that it engages with will give me a better idea of how this works and whether we have an alternative.
