I need this "L" shaped part

A quick learner from Palisades Park, NJ says:
I think I need the "L" shaped part.

When I close the window(turning the operator counter-clock wise), it does not close completely.
Something is stuck at the end of the closing cycle, so the window does not close
tightly. The window is still open about 2 inches. That is all I can do when I close the window.
However opening the window is not a problem.
Please let me know if you need more information.

I'm afraid I'm not sure what you're trying to point out in your photo. Based on your description, it sounds like an issue with the hinge. A good way to check is to disconnect the operator and try to open and close the window by hand. Does it still fail to close completely, or does it work fine? If so, you need a new hinge; see our 36-004-10 and the 36-004-14. These aren't exactly like yours, but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then you should be okay.

If the window works normally, though, then the problem is with your operator. We'll need a clearer photo of that in order to identify the proper match.
