Looking for a few of these. The windows were replaced by Home Depot 10 years ago.

Thanks for writing in. The bottom component is called a pivot shoe. This looks like our 15-192, but look over the dimensions to confirm it matches. If you need to replace the coil spring as well, see our Series 170 Coil Springs. You will need to match the stamp on your old spring with one of the spring weight options for this series.
