I need this latch lever for milgard sliding vinyl patio locking door

I cannot find any identifying model numbers or anything like that to give you more specifics on what door it is. Here is a picture of the broken Latch. It measures about 2 and 3/4 inches long overall. The Dog leg and with the broken spines measures about 1 5/8" long overall. The spines are about 7/16" inch long overall. The dog leg rectangular part measures about 1/4" x 3/8".
