I need the insert that connects the handle to the mechanism under the cover.

We'd be happy to help but since the spline that the handle attaches to is broken, unfortunately, the entire assembly will need to be replaced. We'll need to see a top-down photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move that sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
