Hello there!

It looks like you need a new operator. The worm gear came out with the handle which indicates that the operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. We can help but we will need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

In the meantime, see the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle.

Thank you for getting back to us. I recommend you start by taking a look at our 39-031 and 39-032 operators. Compare the dimensions with yours to see if they match up with what you need.
