Hello,

Thanks for writing in! This shoe reminds me of the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. I'm confident this should be a match but be sure to remove the existing shoe and compare the dimensions.

The compatible coil spring is the the Series 190 Coil Balance; attached using the 33-073 screw. They are anchored to the window track using either the 15-181 Coil Support Detent Clip or the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip; along with the 15-182 Balance Bushing.
