Hmm....The issue may be that your gears are stripped. That usually indicates it is time for a new operator. You may begin by taking a look at our 39-083 and 39-140 dual arm operators. Compare your measurements and dimensions to ours and let us know if either of these could work for you.

I'm afraid not. That patent number is only in relation to the handle, and even then patent numbers aren't the best method of identification. Like Mike mentioned, you should compare your hardware to our pictures and measurements to confirm the best match.
