I need to find this pivot shoes

Thanks for reaching out to us. This pivot shoe is no longer made, unfortunately. However, the 15-179 should be able to replace it. We recommend you review the specifications to see if the thickness and width align. 

You’ll notice that the pivot cam is significantly smaller than your original one. This likely means you will need a new pivot bar. I recommend the 26-021, but make sure to compare its size to the original. As long as the hole placements match, it should fit without requiring you to drill any new holes.
