I need to identify and purchase two balancers to fix a PGT window

I hope you can help me identify these caldwell balancers. I need two of them to fix a PGT window. The length without the ends is 30".

I will need at least 4 of these clips to hold the balancers to the window.

I would look at our S395-30 to start out. This looks like it could be a good match.
I'm not sure about the white clip. You mention this is used to hold the balance to the window. Usually that's done by a top sash guide like our 18-015. but I've never seen one in this kind of style. Could you show me a picture of one installed? Can you also tell me its dimensions?
