I need to make this a securable slider.

I need to make this a securable slider replacing the old handle set with a working one. I will be ordering 2 the homeowner lives next door and would like one for her place, identical door I suppose. I have attached two images and the spread on the screws is 3 15/16. Thank you for your attention to this email.
