We sell a couple pivots like this that are certainly worth considering. See our 26-355 and 20-016 to start out. Let me know if you think you could use either in your window.

Thanks for looking into this Tom. If we could combine the pin with 016 with the plate and claws of 355, that would be perfect!

I'm afraid that we don't have anything like that, but these two parts are our best options. I'm sorry that we couldn't offer anything closer.
