I need to order spring of the bathroom window

My rental property second floor bathroom window spring is broken, I dont know which spring I need to buy, the manufacture is AAMA, please see the picture. Would you please let me know what spring shall I order? Thank you very much.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need to locate the stamp code on your metal channel to choose the corresponding strength option.
