Your window balance can likely be replaced with either the S380-27 or the S385-27. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe.

The stamp on the balances suggest that yours should support 33lbs. Our 2660 will support sashes weighing between 30 to 33lbs and the 2665 will support 33 to 36lbs. That said, you will need to confirm the weight, down to the ounce.
