I attached some photos of the window balance. I have several windows and need to replace their balances because it is hard to open them. I think it is because of the two window balances.
Length = 28 inches
Length = 34 inches

Thanks for reaching out! Your channel balances appear similar in style to our Series 351 Channel Balances with a 1" shoe or our Series 390 Channel Balances with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the dimensions depth of your bottom shoe.
I've tagged each of the balances below so that you can select the series you need once you've confirm the shoe depth.
You'll need to select the 2740 option for the 28" balances and the 3330 option for the 34" balances.
