Good evening, I need 12 spiral balances and 12 pivot shoe balance holds, but I am having a difficult time matching up the pivot shoe holds. I need to make repairs in order to sell my home and the closing date is 2/26/2020. I attached pictures, in hopes that you guys could help me out.
Window info- series:5100. (AAMA/NWWDA 101/ I.S. 2-97) H-R35-45x61
Single hung, tilt/slider
Spiral balance info- 27 inch (3/8) sash weight is 21.4 lbs.
I need to repair 6 windows

Hello,
I can't say with certainty what pivot shoe you need while it's still installed but I suspect that either the 15-178 or 15-188 would work for you depending on which thickness matches your original. Based on the information you've provided about your balance, the S900-27 looks like a strong contender. Keep in mind that your balance appears to have a yellow tip but the sash weight you provided (21.4) would fall into the weight range for a red tip. You may want to double-check to make sure you're replacement have the appropriate tension to support your sash.
