I need to replace a few parts for dilapidated window

Question

You can probably identify better than me. I need the assembly for sash underside as well as track that sits on sill. Bar/ that mounts to sash and receives operator roller.

Hi Richard, thank you for posting,

For a new hinge assembly, please review the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track or the 36-049 that has a 14" sill track. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.

Compare to your original to confirm a good fit!
