I need to replace an awning window operator

A home owner from Burton, Texas says:

I need to replace an awning window operator that has stripped threads on the insert that holds the handle to the base. The operator is marked "Truth" and I believe the model is 11-14. The operator arms measure approximately 25".

Thanks for posting. I believe we can supply these parts, yes. Please start by comparing your hardware to our 39-015. We have many other Truth awning operators to choose from, and I can't confirm what yours is while it's still installed, but see if the 39-015 is a match first. If not, let me know and we can work from there.
