This is in a house we are renting. The lock is falling apart and it seems to get jammed. I have no idea what the part number is. The screws are basically stripped so I can't remove it from the door. Any help?

Thanks for posting! The style of this thumb latch has been updated by Andersen. See part 82-043 Andersen Tribeca Thumb Latch. You may also want to consider replacing the mortise lock, see part 82-037 Andersen Reachout Deadlock Assembly.
As for the screws, it depends. If they are regular wood screws that screw directly into the wood, you could rub some Elmers white glue into the screw hole with a toothpick and then reinstall the screws. See if that works.
