I have two exterior steel doors both have a "w" logo on their hinge. The bottom of both are hollow for a depth of 1/2 inch. I've included a mechanical drawing that exactly matches the sweep that is on one of the doors. This would work on both doors if you have 2 of them. The second door has flat slides on in and out sides (see photos) rather the J shaped rail. This would also work on both doors. Please call if you have questions.

We don't sell your sweep, but the 58-176 (36") and 58-186 (48") would be our closest options. This is designed to wrap around the bottom of the door and is installed on the sides with screws. Review the specifications and see what you think.
