Thanks for posting! I am confident we have a replacement balance we can supply you with however, to be absolutely sure I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

Since you've already included photos of the top attachment, I'll just need to see a photo of the bottom plastic attachment from the balance. The stamp provided only indicates the weight range the balance can carry to support the sash.

Thanks for the photos. Although, I will need to see a clearer photo of that bottom attachment. Unfortunately, the photo of the back of the shoe does not help to narrow down the type of shoe you'll need. Also, the photo of the entire balance is a bit too zoomed out to make out the shape.

Once I have a clear photo of the bottom shoe, I'll be able to give a accurate recommendation for the balance you have.

Thanks for confirming. Your balance appears to be our S395-30 with a winged top and a wingless bottom. You'll need to select the 2950 stamp.
