I need two of these load balancers

Quick Learner from Vancouver, WA
I have a bathroom window that the balancers are broken on and want to make sure I get the proper replacement part. It looks like a 26" Series 385 Channel Balancer with option 2520, but not 100% sure.

Thanks for posting! I do agree that your balance looks like it could possibly be the S385-27 with 1-3/32" shoe but there is also a chance it could be the S380-27 with a 1" shoe. However, there is a chance it could be a slight different balance. That said, I am confident we can supply you with the exact balances you need, but I'll need to see just one more detail before we can move forward.

May I see a photo of the center of the balance assembly, where the spring and string meet at the center of the channel?

Also, I am not confident the 2520 stamp option would be the correct replacement. Unfortunately, I am not able to cross-reference the stamp on your existing channel. I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash to determine to correct stamp option.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions you might have in the meantime.

Thank you, for your comments and support. I have included two more photos of the spring side. I will attempt to get the exact weight of the window panel later, but it is very likely to be 25 or 30lbs. It is a large window.

Thanks for the photos. Once we have the exact sash weight, I'll be able to confirm the stamp needed for your repairs.

Don't forget to double check the length of the metal channel, which should be 27" as well as the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you might have in the meantime.
