Hi there!
The lock shown here is similar to the 90-278. The installation holes measure 2-1/16" on center and the backset is 11/16". You'll want to ensure the dimensions of your old lock are the same.
The 90-282 comes to mind for the keeper but I'm not too sure about this. Would it be possible for us to see the other side of it?
