I needa window part

Question

I need 4 of this window part shown in the attachment. It is 3/8 " deep, 3/4 " wide and 2" tall. Please let me know what part I need to order.

Hello! Can you confirm the width? I suspect it should be closer to 15/16" than 3/4". The pivot shoe you can use closely resembles our 15-212, which is 3/8" thick.
