I order a 4-15/16 door handle but it's to big. I need a 4-15/16 . Not sure where I can return it . Really all I need is the litter plate that cost 6$ or so. Can you help me please?

I'm sorry, I'm a little confused. You gave me the same dimension twice. Can you specify exactly what size you need? Would it also be possible to see a picture of the original handle set, just to make sure we're on the same page?

I can at least tell you that the back plate for these sets is not something that's usually sold separately. You should know now that there's a high chance you won't be able to get that.
