I ordered wrong part!

A handy person from New Palestine Indiana says:

I placed an order on 4/24/20 for Item#S795-28 and it seems to be slightly bigger than the channel balance I need to fit in window. the following pictures are the new one I ordered and the old balance I need to replace. The old balance does have 28C - BSI RA stamped on it. Please advise on correct part I need to fix my windows. Thanks
