Based on the mounting hole pattern on your old operator, I believe the 39-056, 39-084, 39-259 or 39-432 might be what you need. You're also going to need to compare the link arm design of your old operator with these options to determine which matches best. Don't worry about the overall length of the link arm--there's play with these operators so that isn't as important. What matters is their general design and the hole at the end.
