I purchased spirals before, which ones?

Hello Tom: This is Stan and I purchased spiral balances from you sometime ago. The balances had a hook end on them, they were fo non tilt and fit perfect. The windows are older and I was wondering if they are still available.

Hello, Stan. The only balance I see in your purchase history with us is our Series 600 spiral balance. However, this part doesn't have a hook on the end of it so I don't think it's what you're talking about.

If this isn't the part you're referring to then I will need photos in order to verify exactly what you have and whether it's something we can supply.
