5/8" window sash glides

Question

I submitted a return for window glides. They were not exactly right. Could I exchange for the correct ones please. Of course I will pay the difference. Enclosed are pictures of the ones I need to replace. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!

The top sash guide you should look at is our 18-166. I see that you ordered the 18-064, but the dimensions are close enough that it might work for you. If not, you should consider the 18-166.
