I think I ordered the wrong pivot shoe

Question

Hello, I think I ordered the wrong Pivot shoe for a window I have. I just removed the old ones I have and they are:

2" long

1" wide

1/2 inch thick

The ones I ordered wrong are 1 1/4" wide

These windows are about 15 years old. Please let me know what part I need to order. Thank you

Unfortunately the company that manufactured your pivot shoe has discontinued the 1" wide and now just makes the 1-1/4" size. With that being said, see if our 15-167 pivot shoe with our 26-241 pivot bar would make good replacements for you.
