Per our telephone chat, here are some pictures which hopefully
will be sufficient to ID the correct replacement balance.

The metal 'U' channel is 26 inches long and 'stamped' on the side '26C' by Pella.

Thanks for reaching out to us! You are, in fact, correct. The balances you have here are a Pella brand channel balance. Unfortunately, this is not something we would be able to supply a replacement for. You will need to contact Pella, directly, for assistance with a replacement.
