My windows failure to open. I want to replace the window channel balance. The window is Non-Tilt window. The width is 1/2. Could you help to identify the parts?

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance looks like a match for the S380-25 and S385-25. The important difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure as shown below. You can also select the 2420 stamp for your replacement balances.
