Can you tell me what keyed handle I need to replace the 3-15/16 handle with a keyed handle?

Thanks for posting. Based on the photos and hole spacing, the 82-086 or 82-087 Keyed Handle Sets can work with this door. These items are the same, they just come in different finishes. See what you think.
