I would like to replace these balances

Quick Learner from USA
I need help on what needs to be ordered. I've attached pictures to help identify the parts.
Your video's are quite helpful and are the reason I'm contacting you for replacements.

Thanks for posting, Greg. I'm having a little trouble identifying the Series of the pictured balance since the shoe is broken off. I think it can either be our 15-001 or 15-002, but I can't be sure. Could you show me one that is undamaged and give me detailed dimensions compared to the two shoes I mentioned?

Tom, in your discussion you asked from more details. Here's what I have. There are Jordan windows

The metal part of the balance is 29" long and I've added some close up pictures of each end. Each window uses two balances and the numbers stamped on each are either 2830 or 2840

We also noticed there is a "stop" attached on either side of the sliding window that pushes the channel down. Almost all of these have become brittle and have sheared off. The attached picture shows one that is good and another that has been broken. Do you carry replacements for these as well?

I think you should check out our Series 390 channel balances for each. What do you think? Are they a match? I'm not so sure about the top sash guide. Seeing as how it's Jordon, it cold be our 18-186, but I can't be sure. Could you tell me its dimensions? Could I also see the undamaged one from a few different angles?
