I would need the coil balance parts for 4 windows

Hello there. This looks like a broken 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which connects to Series 190 Coil Balances. These coil springs are what regulate the window's movement. Check to see if your old coil springs snapped. If so, you'll need to remove the old assembly and look for stamps on them. This will indicate what spring weights you need to select for the replacement Series 190 springs. If there are no stamps or you're unsure, you can also just give us the weight of the window sash these balances support, and we can work out what you need. Let me know if you have further questions.
