Your patio door handle appears to have an offset latch placement. That said, I believe the 82-030B Offset Keyed Handle Set should work for your repairs but you'll need to double check the dimensions and the design. If you find that the latch is centered, you'll need the 82-030A.

The internal lock reminds me of the 82-227 Mortise Lock. This is sold separately from the handle set.
