ID Channel Balance Help
Hello there. I am confident we can help, but I'd like to verify one further detail. Do you have a version of this balance with the inner 'guts' or underside intact? Perhaps the other balance from this window, or an identical window in the house? If so, can you remove it and send us photos of the underside in full? Some balances from your region have a unique configuration we must account for. Please show us this and we'll go from there.
Thanks for getting back to me with these photos. Because both nylon attachments have 'wings', or side tabs, I think this is either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below. Measure your old shoe's depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2650.
