ID Manufacture of Double Hung Window?

Customer called looking for the manufacturor of his window. Wood, double hung, original to the house 1989. Serial number on glass is a29588x26c1. Needs on sash (no) and other parts (locks, releases etc.) Any one know made this window back then?
