I recognize this shoe. I'm afraid it's an older part that is no longer made. Once the manufacturer discontinued it, they never made anything to replace it.

We do have a solution, but I can't be sure if it will work or not. Take a look at our S751-37 channel balance. You may be able to use this as a replacement, but you will have to remove the shoe it comes with and tie on the old shoe from your original balance. Would that work for you? Let me know!
