The window itself is 11.8 lbs
I believe I need the 380 or 385 channel balance, but I can't tell which "bottom shoe" I have. Hopefully you can in the img?

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
The stamp on your channel balance indicates the spring strength. Yours is 2630 which translates to a sash weighing 13 to 19 lbs. It's possible that the contractors who installed your balances put in stronger spring strengths than you need.
Since you weighed your sash and it came to 11.8 lbs, you would need the 2620 spring strength option which is for window sashes that weigh between 9 to 13 lbs.
