no names or numbers. the metal portion is 16 inches long. I think it is s390 or s351

Hello,
These balances can very likely be replaced with either the S351-16 or S390-16. Although, to be sure, I'd like to see a photo of the spring side of the channel.
Please also confirm the stamp/marking from the metal channel.
