ID of Truth replacement parts

I need to purchase 3 right-handed and 3 left-handed window brackets. The part in the photo has 31850 on the arm and the crank housing has 45251 on the bottom.

This reminds me of our 39-171 and 39-172 Split-Arm Operators. Please compare and see if they match what you need.
