ID pivot rod clamp and cap

A landlord from Maryland says:

I have hardware missing from several metal bifold doors. I have identified the door pivots as 21-005, and the cone springs as 21-256. But can not find the pivot rod clamp (picture attached) and the plastic door pin caps (same as come with the 21-005 door pivot).
I have found a label that indicates the doors were made in Canada, but no manufacturers name.

Good Morning,

It appears you have an old style Slimfold door. The Swisco 21-154 Bifold Door Pivot Bracket is the new style for Slimfold, but should still work with your application. The bottom door pivot pin is the Swisco 21-001 with the guide pin being the Swisco 21-007.
