ID this window sash balance

Your help will be appreciated. This is from a vinyl window. The metal part is 27 in. Long and the width is 1/2 in. Let me know what you find out.

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Before we begin, we just need one last picture. There should be a metal hook or clip at the end of the cord. If you can show me a picture of that, we can identify what you have. I'd also like to know how many balances you need.
Once we have this information, I'll email you an order link and price quote for that quantity.

Thank you for the response. I have a picture of the hooks but they are damaged so am not sure if it will be helpful. Yes, let me know how much they will be. Thanks again!

I have only looked at one window, so am not sure if others are the same size. Can I get a quote for two (2) and a second quote for six (6)?
