ID window channel balance

Question

This is 30 in long, 1/2" wide (9/16"), and 5/8" deep. The ID stamped on the metal is 2940. Pictures included.

Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out! You channel balance could be either the S380-30 with a 1" shoe or the S385-30 with a 1-3/32" shoe.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. If neither of these dimensions is a match, please let me know as this may mean you'll need a custom assembled balance.

You'll need to select the 2940 stamp option.
