Spring snapped in two. See two pictures.
Also latch right side button has broken off. Third pic was taken from your site. looks like what i need.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't have a tilt latch under the product code in your last photo. However, our 26-393 looks similar. See if the dimensions match up with your old latch.

We can help with the coil spring but we'll need to see a photo of the pivot shoe so we can identify the compatible coil balances.

I can't identify what springs you have from these photos. I would need to see a photo of the pivot shoe. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.

Also included the picture of the Tilt latch just to be sure of which one to order.

Thanks for getting back to me! Our S140-6 looks like a match based on what you show in these photos. I'm not sure that the 26-393 is what you need now that I see your original latch, however. This reminds me more of something like our 26-243 and 26-244. I recommend you remove an undamaged latch and compare the dimensions with yours to see how they match up.
