Hello. I have 2 windows and they both don't hold open when I lift them up. They start sliding back down almost immediately.
Not sure of the length of channel balance we'll need. Here are the photos.. do I need a 14", 15" or 16"?
So confusing . Please help

Thanks for reaching out to us! The length of the your balance should be 15", excluding the top and bottom attachments. What you have is a custom 86 style Caldwell Balance.
