We don't sell this exact handle set, but our 82-030 should be able to replace it without issue, so long as the hole center spacing is the same at 3-15/16".
However, this handle looks to be in good condition. Can you go into more detail as to why it's not working? I just want to be sure that you won't run into the same problem with our 82-030.
