IWC Handle Replacement

Dear Customer Service,

I would like to purchase a new IWC Sliding Door Handle to replace the broken one. Please let me know the part number and how to place the order.

I don't believe this exact handle set is made anymore, but you can likely use our 82-030 as a substitute. Please look it over and let me know what you think.

I can use this to replace the IWC handle I have now? If it doessnt work I can return it?

Assuming that your patio door handle matches the hardware shown in the photos above, then yes I think the 82-030 is worth considering. Make sure to review the dimensions and photos we show on its store page before you buy anything, though. As it's not identical, the final determination has to be yours.
